Full Roof & Gutter Package near Bagley Downs, Vancouver

This ranch-style home in the Bagley Downs neighborhood of Vancouver was showing its age with a 25-year-old roof and mismatched, leaking sectional gutters. The homeowner took advantage of our bundled roof and gutter package, which saved them 50% on the gutter installation when combined with a full re-roof. It was the most cost-effective way to address both systems at once.

For the roof, we installed Malarkey Legacy architectural shingles in Midnight Black, a premium product with Scotchgard protector that resists the algae streaking so common in the damp Pacific Northwest climate. The low-slope section over the back patio received a modified bitumen membrane for reliable waterproofing. We also added a continuous ridge vent and new soffit vents to create balanced attic airflow, which helps regulate temperature and prevent ice dam formation during the rare Vancouver cold snaps.
