Gutter Installation at Ridgefield Community Park Area

This newly built craftsman-style home near Ridgefield Community Park needed a complete gutter system to protect its foundation and landscaping from the heavy rainfall common in Clark County. The builder had not included gutters in the original construction, and after a single rainy season the homeowner noticed erosion along the foundation and water pooling near the basement egress windows.

Our crew custom-fabricated 180 linear feet of seamless 5-inch aluminum gutters on-site using our truck-mounted roll-forming machine. Each section was cut to the exact length of the fascia board, eliminating the joints and seams where leaks typically develop. We installed 3x4-inch downspouts at each corner and mid-run, with extensions directing water at least four feet away from the foundation. All hangers were placed every 24 inches for maximum rigidity in heavy rain and snow loads.

The finished system blends seamlessly with the home's craftsman aesthetic. We color-matched the gutters to the existing trim using a linen-white finish that will resist fading and chalking for decades. The homeowner reported that even during the next heavy storm, there was zero splashback and no standing water anywhere near the foundation.
